Chef Ruben's Culinary Inspiration
Pupusita Express opened its doors in Lake Zurich in May 2012. It is a family owned and operated restaurant. Chef
and Owner, Ruben Enciso, is a culinary graduate from Kendall College. He also attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. Ruben has been in the food industry business for over 20 years. He has a large repertoire of recipes including some ethnic recipes that provide Pupusita Express' customers with a delicious, diverse and intriguing menu.
